The Naxon Group is a hospitality company that is uniquely central valley.  Our portfolio includes owned and managed properties. We are founded by operators who have a passion for creating unique experiences for each of our partners and guests. We strive to create brands and properties who are distinctive to their market and best serve owners and clients. Our work has included hotels, venues, waterparks, resorts, restaurants and bars and even produced our own branded and promoted in house events..

In addition to developing our own brands and properties, we work with developers & real estate holders to help realize their vision and opportunity.  When teamed up with existing properties or developing new ones, we can pair our extensive experience and management expertise to provide a turn key operator solution or help fill the gaps of need.

We can create full management proposals for the day to day operations of your property and strategy or focus consulting efforts around sales, marketing, operations or other areas of need. Each plan developed is as unique as our clients.
